Every idea is different, so we price each one individually. Message us with your idea and we’ll tell you the price before anything is made. You only pay once you’re happy.
Yes, always. We send you the design first, and when you enter your code on this page you’ll see your approved design again before checkout.
Designing usually takes a little back and forth with you. Once you’ve paid, your order is printed and dispatched in 2–3 working days, then Royal Mail delivers in 2–4 working days. If you need it for a date, tell us when you message.
Baby bodysuits and sleepsuits, toddler tees, sweatshirts and hoodies, and teddies, from newborn to age 4. When you enter your code, you’ll only see the sizes and colours we agreed for your design.
Each code works once, for one order. If you think something’s wrong, or you’d like the same design again, just message us and we’ll send a new code.
Because it’s made just for you, we can’t accept returns on custom designs. But if anything arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, we’ll put it right. See our Shipping & Returns page.
